On Saturday, June 14, from 9-21h, we invite you to a one-of-a-kind event: Masters’ Day at Moser, held within the actual workshops at our glassworks.

This extraordinary event offers visitors the opportunity to peer behind the curtain of how our crystal gems are made and meet the masters responsible for their creation in person. With their own eyes, visitors will see the traditional methods of handmade glass production, which were added to the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Master’s Day is intended for visitors of all ages.

Aside from the tours of the glassworks, visitors can also purchase crystal items at discounted prices, partake of the delicious food and drinks, enjoy the accompanying music provided by DJ Akira and DJ Syncro, and listen to the panel discussions with the glassworks’ Creative Director Jan Plecháč, Knights of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres Tomáš Lesser and Zdeněk Drobný, the overall winner at GCWC 2024, Jaromír Smutný, and GCWC winner in the machine cutting category, Michal Kožený. There will also be a sandpit for children with sand castle moulds shaped like iconic Moser products – as a reminder that, in glassmaking, everything starts with a grain of sand. And the afternoon programme will be led by moderator Filip Koryta from the Lovely Sudety podcast.

Tickets are available with only admission to the glassworks or also including a guided tour.
