Lukáš Chládek

Luck favours the prepared and so Lukáš Chládek became a glassmaster much sooner than is usual. He joined Moser after school and tried the jobs of a boy and a gatherer. Still, he had a desire to aim higher. When it was necessary to fill in for the glassmaster, he did it so well that he never left his new role. Lukáš believes that one should never give up at the beginning, that you need to persevere. He’s proud to be working for Moser and he likes the great relationships he has with colleagues.
