Caorle bowl, 19 cm
Caorle is a beautiful historic town near Venice, but also a set of mouth-blown cut vases and bowls inspired by the beauty of the town. “The seemingly simple shapes are adorned with deep, hand-cut honeycomb patterns, perfectly and precisely intertwined to create a spectacular play of light effects on the surface,” explains the author, Lukáš Jabůrek. The design of the vase originated in 2015 and is rendered by more than ten pairs of hands.
