Cinque Torri

The setting sun concealed in crystal

Products of the collection

Discover the beauty of this unique hand-cut collection – with the vase and bowl that unify honest craftsmanship and modern design. The crystal underlaid with aurora is reminiscent of the heavens as their colours change into warm, golden tones. Designer Filip Dobias drew inspiration from the setting sun between the Cinque Torri mountain peaks of the Italian Dolomites. The vase and bowl are distinguished both as solitaires and together as an impressive collection. They conceal inside a little piece of summer, its warmth and light. Bring into your home the magic of the setting sun and allow yourself to be swept away by the harmony and beauty of these hand-cut gems.

Inspired by the magical setting sun in the Italian Dolomites

The Cinque Torri collection was designed by Filip Dobias, a graduate of the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague and a laureate of the Ludwig Moser Award in 2014.  The Cinque Torri vase and bowl are inspired by the magical setting sun in the Italian Dolomites. It’s here the honest, venerable craft of glassmaking unites with modern design. The master glassmakers form the vase and bowl with their own breath, before the best cutters create the geometrically flawless cut. Magical optics are stunningly highlighted here. The cut crystal, underlaid with aurora, bears a touch of honey amber, and it shines like a diamond when the light hits it just right. Both works bring a little piece of summer into every interior, whether as a standalone solitaire or together as a one-of-a-kind collection.
