Due to the limited capacity of carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas. However, you can always purchase a gift voucher that you will receive via e-mail immediately after payment or visit one of our flagship stores which are open until December 23. Does it ever happen that you miss a product delivery deadline?

It pains us to say so, but we must admit that it can happen. Delays sometimes happen due to unforeseeable circumstances, meaning we aren’t able to make the agreed deadline. In such cases, our customer service communicates with the clients and attempts to find the best possible solution with them (by changing the product colour, completely changing the order, extending the deadline, returning their money, etc.).
