However, you can always purchase a gift voucher that you will receive via e-mail immediately after payment or visit one of our flagship stores which are open until December 23. Does damage often occur during transport?

Not at all. That’s because we cooperate with time-proven delivery providers and carefully wrap every package ourselves. Only 0.2% of packages are damaged, which results in only a few cases every year. But should such an unpleasant scenario ever arise, we’ll ensure it’s rectified as soon as possible.
