Are Moser shipments insured?
Yes, all shipments with delivery arranged by us are fully insured. In the same manner, we also attend to orders where the client has chosen the personal pick-up option at one of our stores in the Czech Republic.

Due to the limited capacity of carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas. However, you can always purchase a gift voucher that you will receive via e-mail immediately after payment or visit one of our flagship stores which are open until December 23.
