How to care for crystal correctly?

Only wash Moser crystal by hand, never in the dishwasher. Only use gentle cleaning agents, never abrasive or aggressive chemical agents. After washing, we recommend immediately drying the glass with a dish towel and storing it for further use. We ask that you please don’t leave the glasses standing with their gold or platinum edges face-down. Extended contact with a wet dish towel, for example, could result in damage to the decorative areas. The precious metal can decompose and peel off.

Take extra care to protect the crystal products from contact with hard and sharp objects. Handle them with care so that they don’t become scratched. Remember that the top edge of any drinkware set is the most fragile part, which is why you should limit their mutual contact when in use and storage.

We also recommend protecting Moser crystal glass from sudden changes in temperature (e.g., placing it in the freezer, etc.).
