However, you can always purchase a gift voucher that you will receive via e-mail immediately after payment or visit one of our flagship stores which are open until December 23. Why can’t I pay by card?

Most often, there’s an issue with incorrectly written card data or an insufficient limit for online transactions. With this in mind, check the entered information and limits on your internet banking. This issue could also be caused by temporary technical difficulties, either on the side of the e-shop or the payment gateway. If the problem persists, try using a different payment method, e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

Sometimes, payment can’t go through for payment cards issued outside the EU. This is caused by the security measures of the bank that issued the card or an intervention from 3D Secure. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service; we’ll try to assist you and enable the payment via another payment gateway, or we’ll suggest an alternative payment method.
